	At least once a month a workshop is held on either trance, transfiguration, table tilting or spirit writing at the centre. At these workshops information will be given on the topic before a demonstration is given. we attempt to involve everyone who wants to be involved in the demonstrations. The evenings are usually over subscribed as in order to allow for participation from everyone we limit numbers. For information on specific workshops or to book a place please contact Wendy. The cost is £10 and includes tea/coffee and biscuits.

	On the third Sunday of every month, anyone wishing to learn and/or practice meditation is welcome to join our meditation group. Some people like to attend the Service first (from 6pm - 7.30pm) while others arrive at about 7.40pm to enjoy a cup of tea and a chat before the meditation begins. Anne runs the group along with her assistants and after explaining what is to happen she leads everyone in a relaxing meditation. After the meditation, everyone is given the opportunity, if he/she wishes, to share his/her experiences with the group and Anne helps him/her to understand them. Often fledglings (trainee mediums) attend the meditation group and while the others meditate, they tune into spirit and are often given short messages for the sitters. Some members of the group attend every meeting while others come and go. There is no fee for the meditation session however donations are always welcome towards the refreshments and running of the centre. Please contact us for further information or advice we are always happy to help! N.B. It is always worth confirming the date before attending, as occasionally sessions have to be rescheduled. The date of the December meeting is usually decided upon in November, therefore please contact us for the date of the December meeting nearer the time.

	On the fourth Wednesday of the month from Jan - Dec 2009 workshops aimed at teaching the basics of psychic and spiritual development. Over the year we will cover subjects such as meditation, psychometry, psychic readings, spirit colours, chakras, how to reach bliss, guides, doorkeepers, angels, tarot cards, divining rods, spiritual readings, trance, physical mediumship. For details of specific workshops or to book a place contact Wendy. you will be amazed at what you can learn and what you can do. Attend all or some of the workshops. Cost of each workshop is £10 and includes tea/coffee, biscuits and handouts.
