Gifts of peace, wisdom, light, understanding and change
Take a deep breath in, and exhale.
A deep breath in and exhale.
This time when you breathe in, imagine a cool air coating every tense muscle in your body.
Every ache is being soothed from each breath you take.
Take a deep breath inn and exhale.
Keep your breathing at a deep and steady pace.
Now close your eyes, and imagine you are in a field of green.
You notice the vibrant colours of each and every individual blade of grass.
The sky is blue and there is not a cloud in sight.
You feel the warm sun beating down on the back of your neck and above your brow. And you decide to lie down for a little while.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
You notice a small white butterfly land on your chest.
And you feel warm inside of you.
Your butterfly is connecting with your soul and sending you love.
You smile.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
You are now connecting with your soul.
Imagine your soul as an inner circle, and visualise the colour purple.
Let the colour fill the inner circle and stretch outwards.
Focus on your breathing.
Connect and feel safe.
Feel the purple colour consume you. Let the colour in.
You are now in the presence of Archangel Uriel.
This angel will release your inner fears and angers.
Let go of your past
Your worries dissolve piece by piece.
Your fears dissolve into the purple light.
Your anger dissolves into the purple light.
You past is loosening its grip on you.
In your mind eye you see a purple light so strong that you are in awe.
Arch angel Uriel offers you gifts. Reach out your arms and let them in.
Arch angel Uriel now stands before you surrounded by purple light.
You take a moment to witness such a beautiful sight.
You will receive each gift thankfully but Uriel wants you to take these gifts and keep them forever.
When Uriel gives you these gifts, they will be placed within you.
The first gift Uriel gives you is peace.
You can feel this peace drape over you like a cool cloth over hot skin.
No anger or pain is left.
The second gift Uriel offers you is wisdom.
You feel this wisdom fill you. It will help you make decisionsmore easily.
It will make you feel in control of any situation you may face. This wisdom takes away your fear.
The third gift is light.
Feel this light beam all around you.
The light moves throughout you connecting you from the earth into the universe.
You are now connected. Your soul is filled with love and happiness.
The forth gift is understanding.
You are now filled with the understanding to let go of any past problems and hurts.
You must live within the present. The past does not exist and the
future is yet to happen.
You must learn to understand the present.
The fifth gift is change.
Uriel has absorbed your fear, anger, past hurts and pain.
Uriel has given you four special gifts that will lead you safely and stay with you forever.
You thank Uriel for these gifts.
Uriel has the final gift of chage to give you.
This will allow the other four gifts to constantly work within you. Forever.
Slowly now the purple light fades away.
You will always remember this light and you will always be able to communicate again with Uriel.
But for now the colour fades to a natural light.
Take time to embrace your five gifts or peace, wisdom, light,
understanding and change.
You are safe and protected.
You thank Uriel once again for bestowing these gifts upon you
As the light fades you notice one more you are laying on the fresh grass. And feel the warm sum upon you. Your butterfly flutters its wings and flies away.
You smile again, knowing your can call upon your Archangels again at any time.
You stand up. Breathe in. Exhale.
You slowly to begin to walk back from the field.
Take your time to enjoy these five gifts that you can feel working within you.
you are now aware you are back in your room, back in your own familiar space.
You open your eyes and feel grounded once again.
And you know that all you need to do to experience your angels’
love again is to call upon them.
You are now at peace.
