On the third Sunday of every month, anyone wishing to learn and/or practice meditation is welcome to join our meditation group.
Some people like to attend the Service first (from 6pm - 7.30pm) while others arrive at about 7.40pm to enjoy a cup of tea and a chat before the meditation begins.
Anne runs the group along with her assistants and after explaining what is to happen she leads everyone in a relaxing meditation.
After the meditation, everyone is given the opportunity, if he/she wishes, to share his/her experiences with the group and Anne helps him/her to understand them.
Often fledglings (trainee mediums) attend the meditation group and while the others meditate, they tune into spirit and are often given short messages for the sitters.
Some members of the group attend every meeting while others come and go.
There is no fee for the meditation session however donations are always welcome towards the refreshments and running of the centre.

N.B. It is always worth confirming the date before attending, as occasionally sessions have to be rescheduled.
The date of the December meeting is usually decided upon in November, therefore please contact us for the date of the December meeting nearer the time.

On the fourth Wednesday of the month from Jan - Dec 2009 workshops aimed at teaching the basics of psychic and spiritual development. Over the year we will cover subjects such as meditation, psychometry, psychic readings, spirit colours, chakras, how to reach bliss, guides, doorkeepers, angels, tarot cards, divining rods, spiritual readings, trance, physical mediumship.
