My Story

ABINTRA – means “from within”

My story starts over 30 years ago when I learnt Hypnosis from Neil French for my own personal growth & self development. This initial interest sparked a desire to learn about the human condition, what makes us think and act the way we do. My interest blossomed into a career in Personal Development and growth and I eventually opened The Abintra Clinic in Harley Street, London using Hypnosis for a variety of things including Confidence, self esteem, motivation, anxiety, & stress

It grew organically and developed with the needs of my clients to incorporate a broader range of tools to aid personal growth that included NLP, or Neuro Linguistic Programming, Life & Business Coaching , mentoring and wellness.

More than three decades later I am pleased to announce I have evolved into ABINTRA PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT and I specialise in Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Confidence & Self -Esteem. People are afraid of the word “Hypnosis” & “Therapy” as it falsely conjures up unfounded images of something slightly esoteric & new age. Recognising the need to offer professional personal development to both private and business clients Abintra Personal Development offers expertise gathered over thirty years in rapid change and personal growth.

Hypnosis is just one tool that I use as well as a range of professional personal development life coaching techniques to help you live the life you want. Together we work on everything from your work/life/leisure balance, your overall wellness, critical thinking, self esteem and confidence to positive thinking and developing a mind set guaranteed to bring you the success you want, turning cloudy minds into clear minds.
